ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
I offer services in English.
Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by relationship stress, emotional overwhelm, or pressure to create immediate change. These experiences can contribute to anxiety, conflict, disconnection, low self-esteem, and patterns that can feel difficult to navigate alone.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches while meeting each individual, couple, or family where they are, recognizing that growth and healing look different for everyone. I strive to create a space where everyone feels heard, respected, supported, and understood, while helping clients navigate the complexities that can arise within personal relationships, family systems, and everyday life.
Together, we can work toward developing greater emotional insight, self-compassion, and healthier communication, while exploring practical ways to manage life’s challenges with more confidence, connection, and balance. Whether working with individuals, couples, children, or families, I aim to foster a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel genuinely validated and empowered in their growth and healing journey.
Through curiosity, empathy, and collaboration, we can explore your unique experiences, strengthen coping and relational skills, improve communication and conflict resolution, and foster more compassionate relationships with yourself and others.

More than just my work:
Outside of sessions, I enjoy spending time doing Pilates, knitting, baking, and reading. I find a lot of joy in creativity, movement, and the little moments of everyday life that help me recharge and feel grounded.
