Online Services Provided by Licensed Therapists
Online sessions are held from the safety of your own home at a time that is convenient for you. To mitigate technical difficulties it is advised that you use Google Chrome when logging on to your session. In-Person Services
For those clients who prefer in-person psychotherapy services, Evergreen Therapeutics offers a private and confidential office space in Burlington, Ontario. In-person services offer several benefits to the therapy process such as a guaranteed confidential space, an opportunity to leave home for those WFH individuals, comfortable for children, families, and couples, and more.

Sliding Scale: Our online licensed therapists offer a lower fee for sessions to support those clients who cannot financially commit to sessions on a consistent basis. For more information, please visit the “About Us” page and connect with the practice director.
Cancellation Policy:
The practice requires a 48-business hour notice if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. Every appointment is uniquely reserved for each client and a late cancellation or missed visit takes away the opportunity for another client to see a therapist. A full session fee will be applied to clients who miss their visit or cancel late.
Insurance and Payment Inquiries
Evergreen Therapeutics is covered under most extended health insurance plans as psychotherapeutic and counselling services can be claimed under Registered Social Worker and/or Registered Psychotherapist. If you are unsure if our services will be covered, we advise you to check with your insurance plan to be certain before booking.
