ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
I offer services in English.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck — in their careers, their relationships, or within themselves. They’re often high-functioning and capable on the outside, but internally they’re overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what they truly want. They might be questioning the direction of their career, struggling to balance ambition with fulfillment, or noticing patterns in relationships that leave them feeling unseen or dissatisfied.
My role is to help clients untangle what’s beneath these challenges — the fears, expectations, and unspoken pressures that quietly shape how they think, work, and love. Together, we uncover the internal narratives that keep them looping through burnout, perfectionism, or emotional disconnection.
I leverage proven methods that allow me to adapt our work to your unique story and needs, helping you uncover strengths, shift unhelpful patterns, and make meaningful, lasting change.
Melissa brings over 20 years combined experience in healthcare, corporate leadership, and psychotherapy – offering a perspective that combines professional expertise with genuine compassion for the human experience. Clients often describe her style as collaborative, empowering, and grounded in both professionalism and authenticity. Her goal is to help you move beyond simply coping, but toward resilience, confidence, and a deeper sense of joy and connection in your life.
