It is my passion to help you to recognize your inner strengths and be empowered to reach your life goals. I am compassionate and offer a supportive and empathetic presence for those looking for healing and growth. 

Using a client-centered approach, I work with both adolescents and adults who are navigating difficulties in life. I work with you to explore and unpack your present circumstances, offering supportive and a well-grounded presence in helping you to experience peace and serenity in your life journey. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I hold a Master of Divinity in Clinical Counselling and I am a trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) therapist.

My approach to treatment is supportive, empathetic and collaborative in helping individuals to find growth and healing.  Based on my training, I will integrate cognitive, emotional and behavioural therapeutic approaches to best focus on your needs. I will be drawing resources from various modalities such as Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Systemic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family System Therapy, and more.
