ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

I offer services in English.

Sometimes clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, unsure, and stuck. They often feel they should already have things figured out, or worry that they’re too much—or not enough—for therapy to be effective. This uncertainty can leave them feeling disconnected from themselves and hesitant to begin the healing process.

I approach each client with openness, compassion, and a deep respect for their unique story. Drawing from a holistic, integrative, and person-centred framework, I tailor the therapeutic process to honour the whole person—their emotional, physical, and relational needs. This means we move at a pace that feels right for them, and we co-create a space where all parts of their experience are welcome.

By fostering a safe, grounded, and supportive therapeutic relationship, clients begin to reconnect with themselves, trust the process, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. They discover that they don’t need to be “ten steps ahead”—they just need to begin where they are, and together, we’ll find the way forward.
