ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

I offer services in English.

If you’re holding it together on the outside but feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck on the inside, you’re not alone.

Many people come to therapy not because everything is falling apart, but because something doesn’t feel right and they’re ready for support.

I work with individuals navigating a wide range of concerns, from everyday stress, anxiety, and life transitions to more complex experiences such as trauma, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. Some clients come with a clear issue they want to work through; others simply know they want to feel better, more grounded, or more like themselves again. You don’t need to have experienced “trauma” or be in crisis for therapy to be helpful. I believe that healing begins when you are met exactly where you are, with compassion, respect, and genuine understanding

I have experience supporting university students facing academic and life pressure, new parents adjusting to the emotional and identity shifts of parenthood, and healthcare workers managing chronic stress and burnout. I also work with trauma survivors who notice that past experiences continue to affect their sense of safety, relationships, or ability to fully rest and be present.

In our work together, we focus on understanding your experiences with compassion, building practical tools that fit your real life, and creating meaningful, sustainable change. My approach is person-centred, collaborative, and evidence-based, with care tailored to you as a whole person. I strive to build a warm, grounded, and trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, valued, and supported.

You do not need to be ten steps ahead to begin therapy, you only need to arrive as you are. I believe each person already carries strengths, wisdom, and the capacity for growth. My role is to walk alongside you as you rediscover those strengths and move toward a life that feels more connected, balanced, and meaningful.

If you’re curious about therapy, feeling stuck, or ready for something to shift, I invite you to reach out and see if we’re a good fit.
