About Evergreen
Evergreen Therapeutics was founded with the belief that the culture within a practice directly shapes the quality of care clients receive. After many years of working as a therapist, I saw firsthand how essential it is to foster an environment that is ethical, supportive, collaborative, and professional. One of my motivating factors in creating Evergreen was to build a group practice that not only prioritizes clients’ needs but also ensures that the team culture reflects the values we bring into every session. I’m proud to say that Evergreen has become a place where clients can feel safe, supported, and truly understood.
At the heart of our culture is a team of like-minded professionals who see clients as more than a diagnosis or label. We take the time to listen to each person’s story, honoring the unique challenges and strengths they carry. Our mission is to create meaningful change by meeting clients where they are, tailoring treatment to their needs, and building relationships that foster growth and healing.
Our Values
We place a strong emphasis on continued learning and professional development. My background in research taught me how quickly misinformation can spread in society and how damaging it can be for those seeking help. For this reason, our therapists stay informed through consistent training in various therapy modalities and ongoing engagement with their professional networks. This commitment to learning ensures that our care is both evidence-based and responsive to the evolving landscape of mental health.
Our integrative approach is another core value at Evergreen. We don’t believe that a single modality—whether CBT, IFS, or any other—can meet the needs of every individual. Humans are complex, and therapy should reflect that. By drawing from multiple evidence-based approaches, we’re able to offer care that is flexible, personalized, and effective.
Finally, Evergreen is deeply rooted in being both culturally sensitive and trauma-informed. We recognize the importance of understanding how identity, background, and lived experiences shape a person’s mental health journey. Creating a culture of inclusivity and safety is not optional for us—it is central to the way we practice. By holding this standard, we ensure that every client feels respected, validated, and supported as they work toward healing and growth.
Clients first, not labels.
You are never just a number here. We want to hear your story in your own words and work with you to find a treatment approach that truly fits your needs.
Authenticity is welcome.
This is a space where you can be yourself without judgment. Whether you need to cry, swear, or share thoughts you’ve never said out loud, we welcome it all.
We practice what we preach.
Therapy is built on real human connection, and we believe in showing up authentically too. You won’t be met with a blank wall—we bring our own humanity into the room
Committed to growth.
Our therapists are always learning—so we can bring you the most effective, evidence-based care.
